[Fix] Error in embedding Youtube in WordPress Gutenberg

My wordpress sites are hosted in DigitalOcean running Ubuntu. The sites are blocked in embedding content from youtube using Gutenberg editor.

To check if your server is blocked, run this command:

curl https://www.youtube.com/

If this command shows you error 302, that means your server is blocked.

In my case, to fix this issue I disable the IPV6 in my droplet by adding this in /etc/sysct1.conf file

• net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
• net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
• net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

After that, run cat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/disable_ipv6 to check if the IPV6 is disabled. It should return “1”
